Reporting a wrong answer or citation

Every question has been reviewed against the Code, but the Code has editions and jurisdictions adopt them at different times. If an answer or a citation looks wrong to you, tell us which article you are reading from and which edition. Corrections ship in the next update.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in, no server and no account. The whole app runs on your iPhone.

Does it work without a connection?

Yes, entirely. Questions, lessons, tables and calculators are all on the device. The app never needs the network.

Why do I keep seeing the same questions?

Because you have not retained them yet. The scheduler brings an item back right before you would forget it and pushes it further out every time you get it cold. Questions you know disappear for weeks on their own.

Why does it mix topics instead of finishing one?

Deliberately. Interleaved practice feels harder and produces better recall under exam conditions than working through one area at a time.

How do I set my exam date?

Settings → Exam date. The scheduler paces the whole plan backwards from it, so set it as soon as you know it.

Where does my progress live? Can I move it to another iPhone?

Progress is stored in the app's own container on your device and is included in your iPhone backup. Restoring that backup onto a new iPhone brings your progress with it. There is no cloud copy, so deleting the app deletes your progress.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app. Nothing of yours exists anywhere else — see Privacy.

Is this the official NCCER material?

No. It is independent study material written from scratch. See the note below.
